Alan Stahl
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Alan Stahl brings over five decades of investment expertise to our firm. He began his career leading one of the most successful municipal and government bond firms for nearly 30 years. In 1992, Alan founded Future In-Site Realty Associates, Inc., which has since developed more than 40 preschools, nearly 2,500 multifamily units, and senior housing projects. Recognized as one of the foremost experts in childcare brokerage, Alan's extensive industry experience is invaluable. Under his leadership, we have developed and sold 25 Tutor Time Child Care Learning Centers, leased over 45 local and national centers, and operated multiple Tutor Time Child Care Learning Centers with an average enrollment of more than 350 students for nearly two decades.
Debbie Stahl
Chief Financial Officer
Debbie's hands-on experience as both a franchisee, Business Manager, and director of multiple childcare centers, each with an average enrollment of over 300 students, provides our team with a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of a preschool. Her expertise in financial management, payroll, and daily operations enables us to analyze prospective childcare centers with exceptional precision. Whether determining the health of a center, renegotiating leases, or ensuring tenants meet financial expectations, Debbie's insights are integral to our success.
