The numbers the competition won't tell you
9%
of all plastic ever produced has been recycled, according to the OECD. The rest is still in circulation as waste.
4%
is the share Latin America and the Caribbean recycles — the lowest rate of any region in the world (IDB).
1.87t
of CO₂ avoided for every ton of plastic we recycle: what a forest of more than 86 trees absorbs in a year.
Faced with that emergency there are only two places to stand: be a spectator, or be part of the solution.
Sources: OECD, Global Plastics Outlook (2022); Inter-American Development Bank, Financial Sustainability of Solid Waste Management in LAC (2023); EPA, Waste Reduction Model (WARM) v15 — mixed plastics factor (2020); U.S. Forest Service, i-Tree program — CO₂ absorption per urban/suburban tree.
See how we do it

From waste to resource, in a single cycle.

We recover the plastic Panama throws away and turn it into high-performance products. Seven stages, from collection to dispatch.

01 — Reception and collection
Recovered plastic from households, businesses, and industry, sorted on arrival by origin: post-consumer or post-industrial.
02 — Sorting and cleaning
Manual separation by polymer type, color, and level of contamination. PVC, metals, and non-recyclables are removed; dry mechanical cleaning by centrifuge.
03 — Grinding and agglutination
The material is agglutinated or ground in mills into flakes.
04 — Pelletizing
Clean material is melted in extruders and formed into pellets, with triple-mesh melt filtration to remove impurities.
05 — Film extrusion
Pellets are melted and formed into rolls in each size, gauge, and color. Quality control starts here.
06 — Cutting and sealing
Rolls are cut and sealed into the different bag sizes, then packed in the presentation for each reference.
07 — Storage and dispatch
Packed by quantity per reference and placed in the warehouse for dispatch.
Quality control

It is not an isolated stage at the end: it happens at several points in the process, starting with film extrusion, before a single finished bag exists.

Checkpoint 1 — Extrusion
Visual inspection of the film on the roll: lines, lumps, and color.
Checkpoint 2 — Arrival at sealing
Visual inspection plus internal and external tear tests on the roll, before sealing. If it fails, it is rejected for non-conformity, returned to the plant, and the active batch is corrected.
Sealed bag — base level
Always, without exception: internal and external tear tests, and an air test to verify a hermetic seal.
Additional levels
By size and gauge: load resistance with gym weights or sand bags, pressure resistance to the point of rupture, and color verification against the order specification.
Second life

From waste to your business, and back into the cycle.

Every recycled bag recovers plastic that was headed to the landfill. Drag the slider to calculate the impact of your purchase.

How many bags does your business use per month?
1,000 bags / month
10020,000
Each bottle shown ≈ 3,500 real bottles recovered per year. Illustrative — and we recycle much more than bottles: post-industrial plastic and other post-consumer materials too.
21,000 bottles recovered per year
420 kg of plastic diverted from landfills per year
785 kg of CO₂ avoided per year vs. virgin resin
7,140 liters of water saved per year
10 Panamanian households powered for a month by the energy saved through recycling
Approximate calculation using industry reference factors: 35 g of recycled plastic per bag, 20 g bottles, 1.87 kg of CO₂ avoided (EPA WARM v15, mixed plastics) and 17 liters of water saved per kg recycled, and ~5.77 kWh/kg (EPA) ÷ ~250 kWh/month per Panamanian household (BTS1 tariff). Estimated figures, subject to validation by an ISO 14040/44 life cycle study — not a certified measurement. The impact of your actual purchase is audited against its tax invoice in your environmental certificate. Get a quote for that impact →

Traceability

Every purchase is audited against its tax invoice.

We issue an environmental certificate per client: verified purchase history, kilograms of recycled plastic, and the estimated impact attributable to them — CO₂ avoided, water and energy saved. We don't sell an environmental promise; we deliver evidence.

"Recycled origin. Measurable impact. Regulation."

The three pillars of our Manifesto of Quality and Environmental Commitment. Every bag is born from post-consumer and post-industrial plastic, never virgin resin; every impact figure is auditable; and every product aligns with Law 33 of 2018 (Zero Waste) and Law 187 of 2020.

About Us

A Panamanian company born in 2019.

We were founded on August 21, 2019 with the goal of developing a new model of production and consumption, achieving processes with greater eco-efficiency and sustainability.

We have over 20 years of experience in the management and recovery of recoverable solid waste.

We didn't start from a certification — we started from a root: mission, vision, and values. From there we wrote our manifesto, our processes, and our quality control. We don't carry the ISO seal yet, but we carry its same discipline.

Mission

We exist so that Panamanian society — households, businesses, and institutions — recognizes its environmental responsibility and acts on it through one concrete decision: choosing circular economy products. We manufacture 100% recycled bags, verifiable and auditable, as the first step on a road that can only be walked together — because caring for the environment is not one company’s task, it is a collective build.

Vision

To be the beacon of innovation and sustainability in recycling and the circular economy, leading the way toward a future where waste is seen as a valuable resource, driving a shift toward a responsible and sustainable consumption model, where every product has a second life and where people’s environmental awareness is fundamental.

Our values
01
Environmental commitment
The origin of every decision we make.
02
Honesty and transparency
Auditable numbers, never empty promises.
03
Quality
Recycled does not mean inferior.
04
Sustainability
We think about the next generation, not just the next quarter.
We are also guided by: social responsibility · innovation · efficiency and excellence · outstanding satisfaction · respect · service attitude.

The challenge
That choosing recycled products stops being an admirable exception and becomes the expected standard.

We ask every consumer — commercial, institutional, residential, and corporate — to take the first step: replace one purchasing decision with a circular economy alternative. We don't ask for immediate perfection; we ask for a conscious, repeated choice.
